   Garage band has many benefits but also a has many disadvantages as well. Some good things about it is that you can make your own music without having any skill at all. Even though that option is available you could also learn how to for money and use your own skill to make them. You can also make ringtones with little effort. You can pay to have lessons from it when you could use the internet and get lessons for absolutely free! One of the major downsides though is that it is a mac application and mac is very inferior when compared to the pc. You can also make ringtones simply with audacity as well as garage band. as well as having that the ability to make ringtones both can also record your voice and even make or mix songs. 3 differences of the two are pretty obvious for audacity you can take any music clips and mix them but with garage band you have to download them to garage band. another difference is that you can copy and paste clips with garage band you can copy but not paste because mac thought it was a smart to make no paste button. In garage band you can upload your songs directly to iTunes in audacity you can upload it anywhere.
